Appointments within 20 miles of Buckden, Cambridgeshire do not incur mileage charges.
Mileage will be charged at 50p per mile on any distances greater than this.
Physiotherapy
Initial consultation - £65 (Approximately 1 hour) *

Discussion of your animal’s clinical history, any current medical conditions, their daily routines, and exercise.

Static assessment.

Gait assessment.

Palpation assessment.

Joint range of motion assessment.

A personalised treatment plan will be made and carried out within the session. This will include manual therapy and possible use of electrotherapy modalities.

A bespoke home exercise plan will also be made for you to carry out in between physiotherapy sessions. This will include specific therapeutic exercises to promote the effects of treatment.

Photizo Light Therapy

Photizo light therapy is a non - invasive treatment tool for wound healing, musculoskeletal conditions, and pain relief. Useful for numerous acute and chronic conditions on small animals,
* Treatments are individually tailored for each patient according to the condition being treated. Your animal will be treated in the comfort of its own environment.
* Treatment times may vary due to the specific requirements of your animal on the day. Cost per treatment will remain the same even if a session time is shorter/longer.
You may be able to claim physiotherapy costs back through your insurance if physiotherapy is covered in your dog’s insurance cover.
Cancellations
Cancellations can be made up to 48 hours prior to the appointment time. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment time will incur 50% payment of the session. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment time will incur full payment of the session.
